The Secret Snowflake program, hosted annually by the Office of the Mayor and NYC Service, is a winter donation drive where volunteers fulfill holiday wishes from children and young people in need.

The Henry Chang Foundation donated $5,000 benefiting over 1,300 youth, or more than 10% of the program's recipients. This donation honors the values Henry Chang believed in, especially supporting the families seeking asylum in New York City. Volunteers, including Daniel Donovan, Anthony Andreani, Victor Amatrudo, Marco Palao, Eugene Zimmer, and Michael Layden, helped by writing cards and sorting gifts for the youth.
